We work hard to keep destination details, permit fees, visa costs, transit routes, budgets and festival dates accurate and re-verify them each trekking season. However, Nepal's rules and prices change frequently and sometimes without announcement. All content is provided "as is" for general information only. Always confirm critical details — visas, permits, road conditions, flight schedules — with official sources such as the Department of Immigration and the Nepal Tourism Board before you commit money or set out on a trail.

Trekking, mountaineering, rafting, paragliding and travel in remote regions involve inherent risks including altitude sickness, weather, terrain and limited rescue access. Information on the Site — including our AMS notes and emergency numbers — is general guidance and not medical, safety or professional advice. You are responsible for your own preparation: adequate insurance (including helicopter evacuation), a realistic acclimatization plan, appropriate gear, and professional guidance where required by law or common sense.

Cost estimates (trip budgets, transit fares, hotel price bands, currency conversions) are indicative planning figures, not quotes or offers. We are not a booking agent; any hotel, transport, guide or agency you engage is a contract between you and that provider.

Original text, design, data compilations and code on the Site belong to Explore Nepal Forever. Photographs are largely sourced from Wikimedia Commons and remain subject to their respective free licenses and attribution terms. You may share short excerpts with a link back; you may not scrape, bulk-copy or republish the Site's content commercially without written permission.

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Site.
• Don't use the contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
• Don't frame or mirror the Site in a way that misrepresents its origin.
